I'm an Amazon Software Development Engineer and Computer Science graduate from UC Davis who enjoys turning ideas into products people actually use. As a co-founding engineer at two AI startups that were later acquired, I've had the opportunity to work across every stage of the product lifecycle — from early prototypes and customer discovery to scaling systems used by millions.
At my core, I'm a product-focused engineer who enjoys combining strong technical foundations with practical execution. I care as much about solving the right problem as I do about building the solution itself.
My work spans backend engineering, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, AI applications, and full-stack development. I enjoy building systems end-to-end, whether that's designing APIs, scaling data pipelines, developing AI-powered workflows, or shipping customer-facing features.
While I enjoy working across the stack, I'm especially drawn to the engineering decisions underneath: designing systems that are reliable, maintainable, and easy to extend as products evolve. I value fast iteration, clear ownership, and pragmatic solutions that keep teams moving forward without sacrificing long-term quality.
I've always been drawn to environments where ideas move quickly and engineers have the opportunity to make meaningful decisions. Building products from zero to thousands of users has taught me that successful software is rarely just a technical challenge — it's an exercise in customer obsession, balancing tradeoffs, and continuously refining a solution based on real-world feedback.
Whether I'm designing a new system, evaluating architecture decisions, contributing to open-source communities, or helping shape technical direction, I enjoy solving ambiguous problems and turning them into clear, scalable solutions.
I'm particularly interested in the intersection of AI, software engineering, and product development. The problems that excite me most are those that require both technical depth and product intuition — building tools and systems that meaningfully improve how people work, create, and interact with technology.
My goal is simple: build useful software, solve difficult problems, and continue working on products that have a tangible impact on the people who use them.
